Centre for Earn While Learn

The Earn While Learn Policy of Baba Farid Group of Institutions (BFGI) is a progressive initiative aimed at integrating academic learning with practical exposure and financial empowerment. The policy is designed to create a dynamic ecosystem where students can contribute their skills, knowledge, and talents towards institutional development while gaining meaningful work experience.

Aligned with the vision of holistic education and the principles of NEP-2020, the scheme promotes experiential learning, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and skill-based engagement within the campus. It provides structured opportunities for students to participate in academic, technical, cultural, and administrative activities, thereby enhancing their employability and professional competence.

The institutional Earn While Learn initiative further supports financial independence, practical exposure, and entrepreneurial development among students, preparing them to become self-reliant and industry-ready professionals.

    • To bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
    • To inculcate a sense of responsibility, discipline, and professional work ethics among students.
