Faculty	Qualification for Paramedical Faculty : Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in the relevant paramedical field (e.g., M.Sc. in Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology or equivalent). Professional Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution or relevant clinical experience. Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with diagnostic equipment and medical imaging techniques. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teaching and training. Research and Publications: Desirable to have published research papers in indexed journals.Soft Skills: Leadership qualities, mentoring skills, and the ability to guide students academically and clinically.
